The Governing Board approved the revised NAEP Science Assessment Framework at their November meeting. This update will be implemented for the 2028 administration of the NAEP Science Assessment.

 

As a part of the process, a working draft of the recommended updates was made for public review and feedback prior to review, revision and final approval by the Governing Board. The public comment period is now closed. We appreciate the feedback from all who submitted and will incorporate feedback into the revised draft of the framework.
